have you surfaced your spoil board to be flat? Those Z numbers looks like it is not flat.

goto the font folder in windoes

you cab view how all the fonts look right in that folder..

There is a tab on the right upper where you can select what size icon you wish to see.

Gorilla glue works just OK for some pieces because it is softer than epoxy. It must be laid down very thin coat. Paper thin. And used on smaller pieces of HDU. However there may be a problem if the clamps are not tight enough. Or if the sheet is large. The gorilla glue will foam and expand and creat...

why cannot you just use letter stamps and stamp the metal?

.01 mm is not very deep at all. A letter stamped into the metal would be much deeper.

the issue,
If the cutter returns back exactly where it started,,, that eliminates a mechanical problem.
And shows there is a problem in the software side of the tackle.

If the cutter returns back and is offset from the exact starting position that shows a machine problem.

looks like you are moving in the negative direction with the (-) sign. Do you really need that sign in the command?

that is because the photo is carved into the substrate using those lines. You have to build in some contrast to make the photo stand out. Dark stain into the grooves will help.

make sure you do not try to edit the toolpaths.
That makes a difference. Delete the toolpaths and you will have only yhe vectors remaining.

a bug is a flaw that causes a software failure.

This would be more like an unwanted result. Thus not a bug.
