Do you have Aspire ?
I usually make mine in two halves, then glue and dowel them together, it also saves having to stock material over 2" thick.

Hi Brian, Thank you for the response..... Where else would the MD of software company respond to a problem within 1/2 an hour.....VECTRIC !!!!! I did not have the C:\ProgramData\Vectric\Aspire\V4.5 folder so I created one, the patch seemed to install but when I started V4.5 I got the following mess...

Hi Paul, I visited Ireland last year. Probably the nicest vacation I've ever had. All of the vectric software is free to download for trial. I would suggest that you start with VCarve Pro, follow the tutorials and learn 2D cutting and VCarving to start. Everything you learn will be useful when you ...

Russ, I take it your Zero is the centre line of the Zero axis, the length of the tail must be half the diameter of the tenon, then resize the bounding box to give you the correct lenght of tenon

I think this is what you are looking for.
Just add the stub tennons to your form profile and include them in the overall size when you use the Wrapped job setup, the sample below should help.
