modifing toolpath

I have saved my toolpath and then modified it in notepad. now is there a way to move the toolpath back into aspire to run a simulation to view my changes.

I have an airplane motor mount with a tab at 47 degrees from horizontal that has a hole machined through it perpendicular to the tab. All in a STL file. I need to block the hole accurately for the first machining process so that no artifacts show on the angled surface. Aspire is good up to 45 degree...

what happened to the tangents gadget for ver.8.5? I had it on my old computer but when i upgraded it was no longer available and I used it a lot. really need it now!

Hidden lines

I do a lot of presentation drawings on VCarve Pro and one thing that would be handy is dashed lines. I know that there is little use for them on working drawings but I usually only work in VCarve or Aspire and on complex assemblies it is confusing to use only solid lines.
Any comments or ideas?
