3D printed dragon cup
You are probably asking, what does 3d printing have to do with Aspire. I will tell you, I used the dragon model that came with the 3d art collection and used Aspire to set up the model so I could import into Tinkercad to add to my 3d printing project. fix short jerky moves? mach3
When my roughing tool path gets to a small area, the machine tries to keep moveing at the same speed making the direction changes quite abrupt and tries to shake everything off the bench. Is there a setting in mach3 that whill help here? Is it a factor of acceleration?
Thanks for your help.

single axis stepper controller
I wanted to ask this on cnczone.com, but that place has gotten so big and busy it is hard to get anything done. Anyway, I am running a 3 axis easy-cnc controller that I have been very happy with. I would like to add a 4th axis but can't seem to find much but those cheap chinese controllers that so m...

Re: bottom to back
Ok, i figured it out. Make left or right the top surface.
Seems to work in preview. Now just need to make a jid to hold for 4 sided cut.

bottom to back
I have a model of a statue that I would like to carve 4 sided, but I need to make the front and back to the top and bottom so it will actually carve the front, back left, right.
Is this clear as mud?
Thanks

My job size says 2.2X3.1416. The height is twice what it should be. My shop computer that does not have the lates...

Tim.
Thanks.
It worked fine with 39 and 41. I wonder what there is about 40 that causes this.
Thanks again.
