hello.
I don't want to do mistake I think I use polyurethane foam (15Lb density) it is - market name HDU foam (sign foam). I try to find some supplier with affordable foam price around Vancouver island but not success yet.
it was painted by exterior water base ink.

It looks so wonderful! Lots of work. Great!
