This issue was addressed four years ago but I'm hoping there will be other solutions to setting the files up for a rotary axis. The files are set up for two sided machining. The two halves would need to be assemble...

Re: Copy Radios Shape
You could consider plotting the curve by x,y coordinates. Overlay a grid of appropriate scale and assign x, y coordinates to each point on the curve. When creating the lines enter the x,y coordonates to the curve you plotted.

Re: Finding accurate Zero for the Y axis
I have an idea that I'd like to have some input on. My thought is to use the headstock as a touchplate and develop a G-code file to adjust to the centerline of the headstock. Any thoughts as to the praticality and implemetation would be appreciated.
Thanks, Phil

Managing the Tool Database
I'd like for someone to point me to a good article or video on managing the Tool Database, specifcally for adding new tool groups and adding tools to the database.

Machining problem
I can't get the 2nd toolpath to cut where it should. The perimeter toolpath cuts perfectly. The crosshatch toolpath wants to cut away from the material. The preview shows what I programmed but the toolpath runs the router off to the left about 6". The machine settings are exactly the same for both t...
