Profiles with undercuts can’t be used.No dovetails, lock-mitres, key slot, etc.

Use an endmill profile and be aware you won’t get an accurate preview.

As has been said you do not need a model use the Moulding Toolpath. I could give you my file but then how will you learn to do it? As Michael says it's exactly the same as doing it manually on the CNC but using a pocket toolpath. If using a raster strategy then make the pocket toolpath larger than the slab so that the bit turns around off the material, this will help reduce tool marks. Did you pick the correct post processor? Have you asked this on the Sienci forum? I've never seen that message in gsender.
