Have you tried contacting the person you bought it from ..... what control software does the CNC use?

I have never heard of a DWC .... I would contact the manufacture and ask if they have a post processor that supports 4th axis that can be used with V-Carve Pro. All the 4th axis post processor does is wrap either the X or Y axis information into the A information (inches into degrees)

I use 0. 25 thick Corian and leave 0.030 remaining bottom thickness, working with Z0 on the bottom of the material (top of the spoilboard) make it easy.

Do you know how to zero your router bit either to the top of the materiel on top of the spoilboard? I looked at your brand machine and it's not an ATC (automatic Tool Change) so you would have to save each toolpath as a separate file. Each time you load a new toolpath and router bit you have to set ...
