I agree that a fixture is a better solution.Can you fixture the acrylic at the slope that you want and cut this with a simple pocket toolpath?

I ran VMware for a number of years but ran into a stability problem a few years back. That is why I use Remote Desktop now.I'm not recommending VMware Fusion anymore.

Another option is to use Microsoft Remote Desktop on your Mac to log into your shop computer. I know this works with Windows Enterprise edition. You may need to see if it works for your shop PC.

I've submitted a request to Vectric support to add a continuous turn toolpath for rotary, based on Milo Scott's method, in a future release.
If others send a similar request into support@vectric.com perhaps we will see this as a native rotary toolpath in a future release.

I'm glad you found a resolution. Once people get into rotary they will frequently create their own rounding routines rather than using the gadget, or skip the rounding process altogether. My file was the post processor (.pp) file rather than the output file.My output looks different from yours though .
Can you upload the .PP file that you are using so we are looking at the same thing?
