Can you fixture the acrylic at the slope that you want and cut this with a simple pocket toolpath?

I agree that a fixture is a better solution.

If you have not called ShopBot support at 1-888-680-4466 that would be a good starting place.

They are very good at walking people through troubleshooting procedures.

I'm not recommending VMware Fusion anymore.

I ran VMware for a number of years but ran into a stability problem a few years back. That is why I use Remote Desktop now.

Another option is to use Microsoft Remote Desktop on your Mac to log into your shop computer. I know this works with Windows Enterprise edition. You may need to see if it works for your shop PC.

I've submitted a request to Vectric support to add a continuous turn toolpath for rotary, based on Milo Scott's method, in a future release.

If others send a similar request into support@vectric.com perhaps we will see this as a native rotary toolpath in a future release.

My output looks different from yours though .

My file was the post processor (.pp) file rather than the output file.

Can you upload the .PP file that you are using so we are looking at the same thing?
