No. Look for a Trupan dealer/distributor in your area. Sometimes Home Depot carries it.

Some pieces can be splinter-y. Other than that it behaves similar to walnut for machining.

Your material is only 12.7mm thick, but Profile 3 is 35mm deep.

cyanoacrylate for gluing in the inlays
On spruce it eventually turns it yellow. Acoustic guitar builders found that out when using CA for gluing in bindings.
That is the only long-term issue I am aware of.

When I was doing this for a living we charged based on time rather than distance.
Might be worth checking if your control software has the ability to give you that value.
I know WinCNC gives me this. Does Mach3?

I've re-zeroed multiple times because I can't remember if I did it the first time.
I have the opposite problem -- so it averages out.
