Looking at the sign the top is a different font than the bottom. Look for western, cowboy, rio grande, fonts and you will find some similar to both the top and bottom.

I understand that thicknesses very, could you give the norminal thicknesses for the pieces? That would be a starting point and the project could be tweeked from their depending on the material on hand, but the porportions would be correct.

I looked at the instructable, but do not see material thickness or z depth of cut. Did I miss them?

Could you write instructions on how you did this. I have the plastic but do not know what to do? Thank you
