I apologize if I am highjacking this tread or it is inappropriate, I have a Nextengine scanner But I am not using to its potential. I would like to find somebody who would use it. I agree, I just received a sign magazine and a competitor of Vectric had an advert touting new features that Aspire came out with last year! I think Vectric is one step ahead of the others. Dan

MS Wolffie, sorry about the confusion, that is where the high quality of the actual mirror comes into play. What you see within the frame is the reflection of another nearby tree. Dan

Paul when you figure out a VF controller please share with us if you can, especially if you use arduino or beagle bone black boards. I have a few laying around and they are fun to use. Thanks Dan

After reading this tread I am also looking into cnc lathe. I have a nice manual lathe I want to convert and looked at mach lazy cam and lost interest but if Vectric comes up with someyhing I 'm in for sure. Dan
