Solved it. Seems the Win10 update enabled the Tablet input in ASPIRE which I never use nor did I have enabled. Not sure why that happened but hopefully is ok now! Weird things sure do happen sometimes!

personally I would never run my Shopbot from the PC that I do my main design work on. Machine control PC's should be dedicated to one task and that is running the machine. Do I have a copy of ASPIRE on my Shopbot computer, well yes but I don't design on it or have it open and running when the SHOPBO...

I wonder why your operator has access to Aspire at the machine? Typically the operator only sees the final toolpathes as programs on his control so I wonder why he would be looking at non posted 2d toolpathes within Aspire?
