I drew the wheel and started from the center out and made the wedge equal on both sides of the horizontal center line.

I just wonder if this has something to do with your choice of "OUTSIDE" for the profile cut. The deflections look to be where a node would be located and if the circle wasn't closed completely the bit may transfer from one side to the other. Just a thought....joe

I just tried the double click in the header option and I was able to resize either way. I have the latest version of Aspire....joe

If everything is still clamped down and your X Y zero's are the same, I would put in the 90 deg and run it again and see what happens.....joe
