I have tried opening 'Easystairmaker' but cannot. Any ideas what I am doing wrong.

Problem with Download Files

Having trouble with the download for the Nordic Santa and the Christmas Snowman, There are only PDF's of the flyer not the actual crv files, any ideas what I am doing wrong?
