First time cutting .25 thick cast acrylic later today. Can someone tell me what speed and feed rate I should use with a .125 inch bit with my dewalt router

I've been using the Openbuilds XYZ probe with the remote interface to find the XYZ zero. on my work using regular 1/4 inch endmill. My question is - Can I find the XYZ zero if I use the 60 deg vbit with that probe ?
