When you set your settings differently you get a lower cut time but the detail is not the same.

I made the picture into a circle, we tried to load in photoVcarve and pick the white color to disregard but it didn't seem to totally disregard it (since there are 10,000 shades of white in 16 million colors probably). Aside from that when setting "material size" it wouldn't allow me to pick 6.5"x6....
