The first clearing pass ran great, but the second?
What am I doing wrong? I checked the machine...Couplings, nuts, bearings...All tight!

ok, I ran Vector Validation and found 3 intersections within a text word...
How do I fix them?

No, It didn't return to exact home also.

so, I purchased a 3d model from design and make. Created tool paths. Ran the roughing cut and x-axis cuts downstream. After each layer of cut, the cuts move in the + direction. Chased the issue throughout the machine for days, found nothing. Ran a file created with artcam...works perfect. Need help ...
