X-Carve or Shapeoko?
Hi Everyone, Im looking to purchase a new hobby machine. I've been researching the X-carve and the Shapeoko xxl. I want to upgrade from my DIY machine. I was hoping maybe you guys could give some feed back on these machines. I kind of leaning towards the Shapeoko xxl due to, it just looks more rigid...

Thank you all for your help! I'm running a DIY machine, It doesn't have that much flex. I thought the material was secured pretty good, I'll try and find a way to re-secure it a different way then run it again. I did not reset Z, I seems like it moved from center at the end of the first pass and at ...

The first clearing pass ran great, but the second?
What am I doing wrong? I checked the machine...Couplings, nuts, bearings...All tight!

3D tool paths gone wrong.
so, I purchased a 3d model from design and make. Created tool paths. Ran the roughing cut and x-axis cuts downstream. After each layer of cut, the cuts move in the + direction. Chased the issue throughout the machine for days, found nothing. Ran a file created with artcam...works perfect. Need help ...
