I've watched the video, That texture tool box is not on my copy on V11. I'v down loaded the toolbox but can't get it into V11

Trying to get the texture toolbox into V11. Not having much luck. Working with Windows 7.

Just got V11, Any way to get it to open previous jobs? Also, texture tool path doesn't show anything about various textures.

Hi, In yesterdays effort to do a wrapped name on a pen blank, V Carve 10 did not have that feature in the gadgets. Had to revert back to VC9. Any way I can get that to 10 ? Norm

The problem was the direction tab for the A axis. The machine was moved a couple times and some how that setting got changed.
Thanks every one for all the hints and tips. I'm 78 and still learning. Or should I say, re-learning.

You are absolutely correct ! Now that has been resolved, another wrinkle has popped up. The job is machining as a mirror image.

I have had that issue. The fix was to ground the spindle body to the z axis. That machine was mostly wood construction. I have since built a new machine all out of metal and found I had to ground it also. Norm

When machining aluminum, lubrication is key. also, the allow used can mean success or failure. 6061 aluminum machines nice.
