No bubble bursted don’t worry about that, this is a hobby. It is a model from Vitalie, I am playing around with fusion and powermill but I really don’t have a lot of time to get serious with it. I did use a model he shared on the rotary and it came out ok, I did a quick work up on a 2 sided version ...

The rod is not on the import model if I look at it in fusion, how does one prevent the Aspire from adding it?

With a detailed model like 3dwave.us sells you can expect a carve that will take a few hours from my experience.
It also depends on your import resolution and machine capabilities.

I am importing a model I purchased in to Aspire 11.554, I am having a problem I have not seen before. The empty space between the fireman's legs is getting filled, please see attached screen shots.
