I did use a model he shared on the rotary and it came out ok, I did a quick work up on a 2 sided version ...

The rod is not on the import model if I look at it in fusion, how does one prevent the Aspire from adding it?

With a detailed model like 3dwave.us sells you can expect a carve that will take a few hours from my experience.

I am importing a model I purchased in to Aspire 11.554, I am having a problem I have not seen before. The empty space between the fireman's legs is getting filled, please see attached screen shots. I just started playing with a rotary on my Shark and my first rounding toolpath hit the edge of the block like yours shows in your photo, I have not investigated if it is the setup procedures nextwave provided or the PP.

Scott I got the 30 degree bits after your last post, cheap ones on Amazon, I attach a shot of my settings. I used a 1/32 TBN first followed by a 20 degree .0157 bit I had laying around.
