How do you guys clean up these edges? Ive tried several ways.
Last resort is to do a cut on an outline, but that was still rough as the bitmap has jagged edges.
Thanks for any info !

Glass Door Groove for Rubber Mold
Hello,
Is there any way to offset the groove in a glass Cabinet door to cut into the stiles and rails after it drops to desired depth. I've attached a picture to show the groove I am refereeing to.
Thank you,

Thumbnail View when loading files
I lost my thumbnail view of the files in Vcarve when you go to load a new file, it only shows the icon and not the pic of the program.
Outside of Vcarve, they show up in folder view.
Is there a setting to save the thumbnails for the files?
Thanks,
Glenn

Re: Pocketed holes not matching what is drawn in Aspire
Yes, they are correct. Just found another pocket that is off also, same as the holes. Only vectors with any circles or arcs are cutting off the 1/8".

Pocketed holes not matching what is drawn in Aspire
We are running a thermwood model 43 and we are having an issue with a 3/8" countersink and 1/8" thru hole not matching what is drawn in Aspire. I had to manually move the holes 1/8" to be centered in a pocket. That is also the size of the bit we are using, 1/8". It is only on the holes along the Y a...

Re: Corian question
I use corian for cutting boards and add names and monograms.
It is great, I spray with automobile primer, then the color. Let dry before sanding. I attached a recent painted corian sign.
Also, you may start your carving deeper at .001 so you dont sand the shallow letters off.
Good luck !

Installing Version 7 on two computers
I upgraded to 7 on our desktop, now the files will not work with 6.5 on my laptop. It wont let me enter the license info when I installed 7 on the laptop.
I had 6.5 on both computers. I will be using the laptop at craft shows, but need to install 7 so I can use my files!
Thanks,
Glenn

Re: Techno LC cutting out of square
Thanks, I will try that out. Techo emailed my how to square it back up, not too hard. I checked with a large square and it is off a little. They said it can be from moving the machine or if it hit something and stopped. I did that a while ago, material was broke and moved into the gantry path and st...

Techno LC cutting out of square
I have a LC 48x96 I purchased in 2007.
It has now stated cutting out of square by 1/32 to 1/16.
I have never replaced the belts, can that be the issue?
Thanks for any info,
Glenn
