Help converting an old file

I have an old file that I made in Aspire 4 many years ago. I no longer have Aspire, but have the new version of V Carve Pro. I was hoping someone could convert the file to use in V Carve. If that's possible, I'd attach it to a PM. Thanks

Xxray

I really like your work. Is the Tiger one a combo of V bit and diamond drag? If you use a v bit, could you give some details of type/make that might cut the best? Again...super looking work!

Re: Good source for inexpensive servos?

The cheapest around is from www.hobbyking.com. They are a China company, but they do have a warehouse in the US. Shipping time and cost can be an issue if you purchase from the China warehouse.

My machine was out for the count. I have it back running, but have not had a chance to work on the seat again...winter project, hopefully.

Re: Cut around logo?

Andy: I'm actually a Guidance Counselor at an area Career Technical School. We were lacking in CNC instruction. With the blessing of my administration, we purchased a CAMaster Stinger and I am doing "mini" lessions with many of our students. Hopefully before the end of the school year, I will have e...

Andy: You comments are so true...I started teaching Industrial Arts 36 years ago...the technology has changed so much over these years. Some basic concepts never change, but computers have opened up a whole new world. I'm sure I will be back to this helpful forum community for additional advice and ...

Cut around logo?

I'm sure this is in the tutorials, but I haven't run across it yet...one of my students wants to cut out this Notre Dame logo so the letters will stand alone, no background inside or outside the letters. I can get the logo changed to vector, but can't get a through cut "around" the logo. I'm struggl...
