Thanks for the reply Adrian.
I must either be missing something, very plausible, or the native approach doesn't create a file for each sheet? If I select Visible toolpaths to multiple files and save them, I get all the individual toolpaths saved.

Apply Template To All Sheets Gadget error
I'm getting an error when I run the above gadget, but it seems to apply the template to all sheets. However, it doesn't save the output to the target directory. If I load the template into VCarve Pro 10.507 and run the native apply templates to all sheets, I get no error but I then I have to save ea...

Help with how create tool path and machine this part
Hello All, I need to make the cut outs in the part I've attached via screenshot. I'm not sure of the best route to take. Would this require a 3D tool path? Would it be easier to fixture the part at 60 degrees and use a 2D toolpath? I don't really know where to start and would appreciate any insight ...

Re: Rectangular pocket with V carved corners
Thanks to the information you guys provided, I was able to cut that pocket, thank you. I have another one I'm trying to cut that I don't think a v carve tool path will work for. Do you have any tips on how to cut this one? I've done bevels before with a fluting tool path but was hoping there was a b...

Rectangular pocket with V carved corners
Is it possible to create a tool path in VCarve Pro to cut this pocket? I messed around a bit and couldn't figure how to make one that worked. I used a 3/8" end mill to remove the bulk of the pocket and then tried to create a VCarve tool path for the corners but was unsuccessful.

Re: Join a circle to two lines
See if this helps. https://forum.vectric.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=20539 Thanks John, adding the trimming lines (in red on the attached drawing) was what I was missing. Once I added those, I was able to trim the fillet. I mistakenly thought they were already touching at those points and I should be ...

Re: Join a circle to two lines
What are you calling "proper technique"? Here's an example where I'm trying to draw an arc tangent to a circle and another arc. I tried the "T" shortcut but I can't get it to work for me here. When I use the clipping tool, it clips back to my construction line indicating the 10mm circle isn't tange...

Re: Join a circle to two lines
Thanks for posting this. Any idea why the arcs and lines aren't tangent when drawn with proper technique? I don't have this issue in other CAD programs.highpockets wrote:

Re: Join a circle to two lines
Not sure exactly what you want to join, but if it is to create a rectangle with a round end then the scissor tool to snip off the bottom of the circle and the overhanging line ends. My example attached. That's exactly what I'm trying to do but the trim tool does nothing for me. You created that fro...

Join a circle to two lines
All, New to VCarve Pro and I'm not quite sure what I'm messing up in the simple file attached. I've drawn a circle tangent to two parallel lines but I can't get the vectors to join. I've double checked my dimension and it looks okay to me. Any tips as to why I can't join the vectors and then trim aw...

Tool path origin question
All,
Why do my tool paths start over to the right in the attached picture? This is a drawing that was sent to me and I've compared it to drawings I've created and I can't seem to figure out why they all reference that point.

Dividing construction line into equal parts?
All,
New to VCarve Pro and I'm looking for a way to divide a construction line or create equally spaced points on a line so I can drill holes in a pattern. What's the best approach?
