Should I try tape splitting the openbuilds post processor instead of the GRBL then? Do you think that might solve the issue?

Do you know if there is an issue with the laser preview and all power settings showing the same darkness?

The moulding toolpath works great for rounding over an edge. Just takes a little longer. EDIT: The moulding toolpath for rounding over an edge isn't an automatic or built-in toolpath. I could be mistaken but, using a bit with a bearing. is not recommended.on a CNC. A pointed roundover would probably work much better.

I would only use that in my palm router not the cnc.
