Keeping Detail In Small Areas

I am cutting letters out of 1” HDU or Signfoam. I need to keep the detail in the tight areas. I have a small radius bit (.078) but I do not want to have to use it to finish the whole piece. Is there another bit or strategy I could use?

Re: Slow preview

I agree the 1.5" bit is slow but unfortunately it is slow on the smaller tools also. Both resolutions are low. Thanks for looking at all this and working with me. Would you think the next step would be to contact Vectric?

Re: Slow preview

I have gotten back to the office. I checked the file size and it is 9.68 MB. It is too large to send through the Forum. Would you mind if I sent it to your personal email?

Re: Slow preview

I do have the slider to the right. It does not matter what size bit is being used, it is still slow.
