Vectric Customer

I got my vcarve desktop with my Next Wave Piranha a little over a year ago. After a long learning curve eveything is good, except that I just discovered that I was supposed to get a sixty 3D library, which I don't have. Does anyone know if I was supposed to get that from Vectric or Next Wave.

I purchases a Nextwave Piranha XL about 14 moths age and it came with Vectric desktop. was I supposed to get some clipart with it for free?

Yes it is a v-carve/engraving file.

Simple question.
I am trying to do simple files, and every time I calculate the toolpath it tells me I will rout too deep. it says I will go 2.7 inches deep or more. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
