Pendant Trouble

My CNC has starting diving into the material on the finishing cut. Is this a pendant malfunction or is it misreading the job? Any help would be appreciated. The roughing is fine but the finishing cut ruins the project.

Re: layout newbee

Thank you for the reply. So sorry didn't realize you wanted the cutting area. No need to be rude! Probably the last time I'll ask for help.

Re: layout newbee

Thank you for the suggestions. I've been working through the tutorials. I decided to try one of the projects from Beki in the lab. In her tutorial she says move it around if its to large for your machine. That is what I was trying to do. If I could find a specific video to watch I'd be more than hap...

Re: 2 sided machine tooling

Thank you so much for your help. My machine is cutting the correct toolpath but will for some reason move to the wrong starting place on my material. I will definitely try returning to home and setting my Z0. Yesterday it moved incorrectly with the first cut and had I not had a longer piece of mater...

Re: 2 sided machine tooling

I have been working my way through the tutorials. That doesn't seem to be my problem. My problem stems from the machine can't find any real help with my machine. I have a shark. Sometimes on a cut it starts right where I think it should. Then the next time my machine will move up maybe 5 inches on t...
