Re: Nordic Santa

@Beki They will mostly be gifted. I think I will run some more this weekend. I would love to be able to model some of these things myself, but I only have vCarve :(

Thanks again for the inspiration!

A bunch of these guys followed me in from the garage yesterday!

Thanks for the model in last year's 12 days of Christmas Beki!

Re: Adding "stroke" to a line

I don't use a laser but I would think you can just use the offset tool, to create additional vectors beside the current ones.

Re: Work holding

The blue tape (3M) and super glue technique works surprisingly well. I use it for pretty much everything. If your MDF spoilboard is fairly clean, if will stick well. Once you try it, you will never go back!

Re: Beagle Plaque

Looks great. If that is Purple Heart, you can warm it up with a heat gun to bring back the purple oxidized color. Like cherry, the it looks better, the longer you let it oxidize!

Re: Cribbage Board Donation

Awesome job! I have been designing an Alberta shaped Crib board for a couple months. I never did figure out what to put in the interior. That is fantastic!

Re: Planing

I would just surface it on your CNC. Create a basic pocketing toolpath that covers the area. Much like surfacing your spoilboard
