Daisy Sphere pedals and assembly jigs created in Aspire, cut on a small Laguna IQ, then turned round on a Jet mini lathe.

I got the plans from a book "Making Wooden Locks" and "Making More Wooden Locks" I manually translated written plans from the books into Aspire then carved them using a Laguna iq CNC wood router.

I figured several coats of shellac and 3 coats of urethane should make it durable enough for a life on the porch. Found a resolution to the problem. From the handheld unit on the iq I erased the system file and reinstalled it from the flash drive that came with the machine.

I am having the same issue, the finished part is about 5-10% larger than what I created in VCarve Pro. Even the depth of cut is deeper.
Suggestion above did not resolve the issue.
