Re: 2 sided cutting bottom side
When I cut the bottom side the model is recessed (scooped down into the wood, below the (I think it's "base height) instead of standing (proud of ) above the "base height". Like a picture frame standing out from the the wall where the wall is the base.

2 sided cutting bottom side
When I cut the bottom side, the model cut downward instead of in relief.
Something to do with setting or resetting model height, base height?
I have read just make the backside a second job. Is that easier?
please help

Didn't need to reset XY only Z. thanks
"What does manual reset consist of?" I moved the Z down to touch paper between the material and the cutter tip, reset all to zero

Roughing tool path with 3/8 EM. Reset XYZ at same location with Auto Z plate for 1/8 inch TBN finish tool path.
Now, of course tool path is off by the difference in bit diameter. I tried manual reset of XYZ. Didn't work.
Please tell new guy how to correct this. Thanks

Is there a way to enlarge just the vector around my object. The displayed vector is inside the model boundary. Using a quarter inch end Mill for roughing and a quarter inch V bit for the finish
