Re: How to re-size D+M Dbl Gothic Panel w/o losing perspecti
Thank you very much. You are absolutely correct. I will start setting time aside each week to work through a couple until I get closer to amateur status! Thanks for your help. I will try not to pester the forum with things I should be able to noodle out. Thanks!

Re: How to re-size D+M Dbl Gothic Panel w/o losing perspecti
Ok, I am wicked close, but I cannot find the "Combine mode to merge" button. I think I might be offset by about a 1/16 of an inch, once I find that button will it line them up or do I have to go into settings somewhere so I can nudge it in smaller increments?

Re: How to re-size D+M Dbl Gothic Panel w/o losing perspecti
PS. I wish there were classes just for the aspire software. Maybe when I make it through all of the tutorials things will come much more easily.

Re: How to re-size D+M Dbl Gothic Panel w/o losing perspecti
Wow! You nailed it! That is exactly what I am after, but I have never used any of those tools, so I am tied up until Tuesday night but I will work on it again at that point. That is what I was trying to do but I couldn't find the tutorial that shows me how to cut stuff off. I think I can use the pol...

How to re-size D+M Dbl Gothic Panel w/o losing perspective
I am sorry if I am in the wrong place but my question is this: I have purchased the Design and Make Double Gothic Panel 50481.A design. I would like to have the final design fit a panel equal to 18 inches wide by 28.5 inches high When I re-size to this measurement it causes the Trefoils to change sh...

Re: Design and Make Question
I have worked through some of the tutorials, probably just too excited and getting ahead of myself. I have aspire software current version.

Design and Make Question
I am sorry if I have posted this in the wrong location, I have a question about a design and make download Model 50154. Can I remove the "banners" on the top and bottom section of the model? I am wondering if I can move things around or remove them? I wanted to remove the "F" and the "D" and change ...

Re: Help with Moulding Arches
Great tip. I’ve watched it a couple of times but I am still hung up with some open vectors. I have cut and trimmed all tips and stray things that I can see, but I still have pesky vectors that I cannot join. Back to the drawing board. It’s a simple repeating pattern so it’s rather frustrating. Never...

Re: Help with Moulding Arches
I think I will abandon the moulding toolpath attempt and try the simple geometry with pocket toolpaths which I believe will be a bit easier. This way I think I can draw up the entire design and have it cut on the lines then finish with a profile toolpath to complete the cut out parts. (maybe)

Help with Moulding Arches
Sorry, Newbie here: I am trying to mold arches. It would look like something you might see in a church window. It would be a series of offset stacked arches with a profile of 3/4w x 3/4 high with 1/4round scallops in the top edges. (the pic shows sharp pointed tops) I think I have to plan the center...

recommendation on aspire 3D router bits
Brand new here, forgive me if this has been covered a million times: Starting out! Can someone recommend a list of starter bits. I am using a router in a Camaster Stinger 1, running Aspire software. At this stage I really don't know what I don't know. My goal is to begin to cover all of the tutorial...
