Here is one I did for testing of a broken Stepping stone.
Pictures in Catch123
Viewed in Meshlab to change the Z-Axis plane
Then brought into aspire to see how it would look

I cut allot of G-10 also, I use carpet tape from lowes $7.00 dollars a role works well.
same size bit.

Here's one I did real quick, well about an hour from Google Picture.
The eye can use a little sculpting,maybe the rear scales etc. some smoothing here and there. but overall should work.

front or back is user preference, some like to have a smooth face, others like to have the cut on the front so people can feel the relief when the back light is off, makes it more intriguing.

Here are mine, Idea came from the Pinchblox, I have been using them for over two years now, and if a tool hits them, it just cuts through without tool damage and easy and cheap to make, I also make my own knobs as you can see in picture.

I generated it in aspire and do not see it in the preview, wonder what his settings were, I used 0.0625" bit with 8% stepover (5% would be better as shown in the antenna's). A model was created from the black and white photo to 0.115" ...
