Hi guys.
I ,m trying to create a toolpath for a caul,
40" x
2"y
material is 2" thick
with a .375 arc. (Convex)
the problem I'm having is my arc is not smooth from one point to the other
Any help will be appreciated attached

It sounds like your profile toolpath is using the vectors for the dadoes and rabbets rather than a rectangle that defines the perimeter of the panel. Hi friends, I'm building a pantry. I have my dattos and rabbits in but when i create a profile tool path to cut the top and right side, it cuts part of the rabbit off, I'm using a 3/8 end mill ....and set for outside right for the profile cut, This is a glue up of 3 pine boards. I cut one side of the sign today, with the Deer. My letters ran deep and looked super, but the Deer pecked its way through the whole file. Not sure what i did wrong... but it was plunge cutting through the whole job. I need to carve the other side...and im thinking I may just use a profile tool path...

I looked at your sign in node editing mode and there are thousands of nodes (bird pecks) I know that they have a very nice set of deer files in the design and make shop you may check into those I have carved a BUNCH of wildlife with those files and the bundle is very reasonable Thanks, I do see the...
