Found the file. It was located here "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Vectric Files\Tutorial Files\ProductVersion" as a hidden file. Index.html is not there.

That folder only contains the two folders with the downloaded tutorials.

The circles are what happens when you do not chuck up a flat end mill to cut your texture toolpath. The endmill I used was slightly concave on the end.

Check your stepover setting. I usually run 8 to 10 percent on a 3d finish toolpath.
