I have just started having trouble with Gcode on Mach 3 and vcarve desktop. I don't recall this ever happening before. An error code tells me the arc at the start is not compatible with the arc at the end (not an exact quote). I cannot go any further. I re-calculate the g-code and start again but I'...

Have yo tried Zinzer(?) Seal Coat which is a liquid shellac.
I have found shellac can be used under anything and over anything with great results.
