michael im not sure you see objects will be copied with their center along on a vector so if you like to stand these triangles, then you need to make an offset, with a value tha triangle heigth per 2 and youll copy on this auxillary vector the triangles, or spikes.. that way the triangles will stand...

i made some bowls creating virtual tools.. first need to figure the profile of the bowl.. in this example i calculated with 3 inch tall and 7inch wide material.. the red lines are on separated layer, and you can create a virtual profile tool with them.. for outside need one, and for inside two tool....

leo some directions, or thougths i experienced... others migth have different.. small machine will produce (generally) small profit.. large machine can profit large.. simple works, and quantity also a point.. so all above i think at least a 4x4 machine, so you can place a full sheet on.. new feature...

leo i know youre expert of cnc that was the reason i suggested this subtitution.. the cut3d preview shows it will be cut as ONE model... will not cut into the higher placed model the two overlapped stl actually two model, however as i mentioned, cut3d will see only the highest point... means cut3d c...

eliot thank you for follow ups... i hope you get trough with this issue.. as i mentioned earlier, aspire represent well the 3d models... the modeling side of aspire very great for organic models.. i can say, without aspire i could not make models i made... this effect actually not a real issue, when...
