How long did it take to print?

I cut paper and poster board with a laser engraver after performing the steps stated by garylmast. It would be great if you have someone in your area with a laser engraver. The results are hard to beat.

I use Vcarve files all the time, but I use the export to EPS procedure stated in the earlier post. I import it into any program that works with my Epilog laser printer driver. I have not read the other laser with Vcarve posts, but I am curious to see how you can make a printer driver for a home made...

I used contact cement on one of my projects. It worked fine. I was using hardwood not plywood. I don't know if it's the best option, just what I had in the shop.

I really like the result! I have access to a laser engraver and have tried various projects on it. That laser doesn't require a G-code file though. It's more like sending a file to a printer.
