The material is sign plastic and its a cast plastic. It's .125 thick x around two inches by one and a half inch , somewhere around that. I may try one even smaller and see how small you can go before the detail is gone lol.

Actualy come to think about it the dollar store sells Bluetooth speakers as well, single and double speaker configuration.

LOL , that's a great idea Don . My next one will be a Bluetooth speaker box with the lithos , thanks for the input once again great idea.

Box frame made from .25 inch thick poplar wood, its a gift. inside lined with aluminum tape . Dollar store puck light that can be replaced if need be through back panel. I put hooks on the back in case they want to hang it on a wall.

Hello, try and lay your original part on graph paper that has 1/4 inch square grid lay your template down in the X Y plane that you would machine from in your cad. I have done this before and it got me real close. Hope this helps.

these boxes are great for holding your lithophanes some have a plastic window in the top so your lithos would have to be based around that size opening.This box did not have the window so I unscrewed the lid and cut one out.

For some reason probably me I can't load pics I get a message that says too few characters huh?i added the pic right after I typed my question and it seemed to load.
