I am not sure about your particular CNC control system, but with the one that I have worked with, the axis for the second head is usually not referred to directly. I believe what Kubic is looking for is to be able to resize the overall door panel BUT maintain the distance relationship between the INNER geometry and the OUTER perimeter of the door.
