I think they have a different theme every year. Your right it is pretty popular.

The product is called Styrospray.

The sign was hand painted with a brush and acrylic paint.

The foam pieces started out at 36" x 36".

You can see my fingers on the side and bottom (for scale) if you squint and hold your head just right.

It was made out of four layers of blue foam and coated with polymer, then we painted it with acrylic and sealed it.

We are going to hang it inside for our VBS kids.

Hopefully they will enjoy it.

Mark helped me discover I had overlapping vectors that was causing the confusion. With quick some tweeking it was fixed. When this font was rotated it intersected itself, and Aspire couldn't calculate the toolpath properly. My lack of oversight. I appreciate the fast email response, can't say enough...
