Thanks Bill!
There was a lot of split outs on the files for machining! Over the years, I find I spend more time at the computer end, to speed up, and improve the assembly portion at the back end!

It's been awhile!
It has been forever since I've shared any work projects here! Mostly due to covid, and NDA's with clients. But I thought I'd share some recent cool stuff we did for a kids show! These are mostly 3d machined, fully using Aspire, and some 3d printed accessories!

Re: Mini Golf Hole
Lol!
By the time you add .060" of hardcoat, plus pull 3/16" styrene over it, it becomes MUCH less intense. I had to purposefully add alot of dimension to the carve!!
Ive hit a few up it, it's surprisingly easy to score!

Mini Golf Hole
This was a fun project for a company that sells mini golf arena's worldwide! They wanted a fun creative golf hole, that wasn't totally easy to score on. So I designed up this Vacu-form mold. Some of this was done in another 3d modelling package, but the coolest parts were done in Aspire. The ability...

Re: Slice a complicated 3d STL file?
I know this is an older post now (just saw it now:)) I slice crazy stuff like that all the time in STL Slicer. I wouldn't be able to create half the projects we do without that gem of a software!

Re: 3D CNC Course in Indiana
I thought I would post a quick update on the course in June! Both Jody and I are quite excited!!! I do have to state that this is a first come, first serve course. Lot's of people have been signing up, so thank you guys for that! But without a deposit, we can't secure your spot for June, so it's imp...

3D CNC Course in Indiana
Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, feel free to remove if it's not :) Myself and Jody will be teaching a 3d cnc course in Indiana in June. I should let everyone know that this is not an Indiana Rob's sign camp. It's a 3d cnc course that Robert Jones has been gracious enough to h...

New Forum
I'm not sure if posting here is overstepping any bounds, if it is, please delete the post. I have launched a new forum that pertains to the use of cnc automation in the world of art, movies, theme park, etc. The hope is to have a place where we can view other peoples work from around the world, as w...

I won't lose this key!
Thought I would a pic of our giant skeleton key. All designed and cut with Aspire4. Except for the 4.5" abs pipe!
I think I'll keep this one under the doormat for emergencies
I should add that the handle is 47" wide, made from 4 inches of HDU, and the whole thing stands at 12 feet.
