I am doing a project with Aspire that I want to rough with a ¼ end mill. Then I need to do a finish path with a 1/16 ball mill and then I have a little very fine detail that I want to use a 1/32 ball mill. How do I do this?

How can I make Aspire 3.0 always use the post processor I use for my machine, without having to recheck it every time I save a toolpath?

I have downloaded the patch but get a message "software not found". So I moved the patch to Aspire 3.0 directory and still get "software not found".

Any Ideas?

I have not recieved the CD yet could that be the problem?

Most interesting, a data DVD. I don't want to sell the models(not mime to sell), I have just gathered them from the internet over the years. It would only be for the setting up of the DVD and shipping and handling. How much should I charge...Including the shipping? Concerned about the shipping cost ...

The facts that you mention about the cost of the bandwidth is why I was posting the question. I was just wondering IF there was a way to get it done. The time and effort "reinventing the wheel" could be better spent on being more productive. It was a thought.

Understanding a little about what Aspire 3 will do, it becomes important to have a place where models can be shared. Any ideas? I have maybe 2,000 models currently in STL format.
