Upgrading laptops, using same software
I need to upgrade my laptop. Am I able to transfer my VCarve Pro to the new machine? Didn’t know if I could since each one has a unique key code.

Setting an end point
Is there a way to program an ending point away from your work piece? I am batching out a bunch of parts and would love the program to end with the gantry in a different spot to make it easier to access hold downs. Not sure if this would be a VCarve or machine setting.

Modeling tool?
This isn’t directly related to VCarve Pro so please move to a different topic if needed. Does anyone use a tool to input designs into VCarve Pro to then modify? I have dozens of patterns I use in my work shop for furniture building. I would like to input them into VCarve Pro but don’t know how. Is t...

Need help with my logo
Need some help with creating the tool paths for my logo. When I try to input the photo and have it traced I just get weird pockets of engraving. Appreciate any help.

Help laying out tool path for sign
I am trying to make a new sign for my wood shop. I have a logo but the tracing tool keeps giving me extra lines and can’t seem to outline the hand plane. Any help would be appreciated.

Female threads
I am possibly in the market for a 3rd axis for my Axiom. I am running VCarve Pro and was wondering if there is a function to cut female threads? What kind of bit would I need? Would use the 3rd axis to cut the male threads.

Mini wine bottle advent calendar
My wife wants a dozen mini wine bottle advent calendars so her and her friends can paint them. I bought a file on Etsy and it’s for a larger machine than I have so when I scaled it the bottles don’t fit. Anyone have a file that will fit on a 2’x4’ CNC and can be cut with a 1/4” bit?

Help outlining scanned shape
I scanned a picture of a rear chair leg and can't figure out how to trace it. I used the trace bitmap tool but I can't get a single solid outline. Is there a trick? I played with the shading and parameters and this was the best I could do.

Need help with tool paths
I am trying to get these vectors correct and having a heck of a time. I tried uploading the picture and tracing the lines but can’t get it right. The S is supposed to be a through cut while the rest is 1/4” deep engraving. Can someone give me a hand? I tried to recreate it from scratch and after 90 ...
