that looks really nice how deep are the cuts i don't know how to see it i see what bits you used Take a look at the toolpaths. He did a Vcarve on the letters with a 60° Vbit. The width of the letters determines the depth of the cut. Hover over the toolpath name and you will see the max cut depth. T...

Post your crv file. It looks like you are cutting a single line font 'on the line'.

That looks like a problem with cheap plywood. Lots of voids. Try something like Baltic Birch.

I was really surprised with "swapping the sides of a double sided project". I've stopped counting the times I've needed that. Too lazy to do it manually, so I leave myself a LARGE text comment to run side 2 first.

There are templates in the Clipart called 2D Games. I have them in Aspire, and pretty sure they come with Vcarve. They are very nice vector images that are re-sizeable. I made a bunch last Christmas as little gifts for all the guys in the family. I used cheap golf tees and cut a little off the end. ...
