You might take a look at Orca Slicer. It's also a fork of Bambu. It is usually a step ahead of Bambu Studio, and I like Bambu Studio a lot. For 'alignment dowel' holes from running double sided jobs, I just put a dab of glue on a dowel. I leave the section of dowel whole, then tap is into the hole. You just click on, and highlight the vectors that you want to delete. Then hit the DEL key. Simple. Make sure that you are editing a copy of the crv file. I always use Incremental Save, Ctrl+Alt+S as I go along. It makes a incremental copy to work on. That makes it easy to back out of a major mistak...

I'm in hardware graphics mode. I made a bad ASSumption. I thought I was in Max Toolpath preview mode, but I was in only High. Works great now.
