Thanks. They were a big hit with the celebs. They all commented how unique they were. Cary Elwes even took a picture of his. I use a 1/32 ball nose bit for the best detail with a 25% overlay and a max depth of .05 inches. General Finishes water based stain (usually Black Cherry, sometimes 2 coats), ...

I'm really liking this software. I will say, I won't be doing any more of these in maple. White Oak is much easier to work with, though I'm still experimenting with different woods.
