So, on my dovetail gadget, it is inserting the pins backward or facing outward. I am following the tutorial to the T, and its just not inserting them correct... help

I believe it's a computer issue not Vectric. But, it is very discerning. Of course, I purchased the laptop at best buy and I only paid 350 dollars for it. I am going to get another laptop as I can have 3 devices on my software. Thanks for all the advice. Mr Mark, my last email to support@Vectric.com...

The USB driver. I'm not very computer savvy. I apologize. But, I get an error when I turn the unit on. States "plug the controller into the USB port and turn it on" and yes, it's plugged in and turned on. Lol.

OK, so Im new to this. Been working with the Vcarve 8.5 for a few weeks and its nice. BUT, every time I turn it off for the night and come back in the morning, i have to reinstall the program and drivers. So aggravating. Whats the fix?
