Re: ENGRAVING BRASS
I was wondering what type of feeds and speeds you use .
I'm trying to engrave a branding iron for my wood projects.
I'm using a .020 end mill and so far i think its working.
Have you ever done that?

A quick question on tool and speed to use for Red Oak
Hi Guys,
Its been a while since I posted anything. I'm being Lazy so here is my question.
What size and type of end mill would you use to cut 1 inch thick( with 1/4 " steps) Red Oak, and what feed speed.?
Nappy

A new Litho.
I made this Lithophane the other day for a Baptism/Birthday gift.
The light I used was a new 110 voltround fluorescent I bought a Loews. I made a angle bracket from sintra to hold the light on the back about six inches from the litho.

Re: CREATING A NEW TOOL IN 5.5
What I found out is that there is a round over tool in the database but Prism cut will not accept the tool, so I'm trying to figure out how to do it via profile

I will check the area you suggested anyway.

Creating a new tool in 5.5
I know I'm going to sound like a newbie but here is my question. I just started playing with my 5.5 version. Mainly the prism letters. It works good .
