I swear by Avery paint mask. It saves me a lot of time. Here is a before and after. Sorry about the poor quality picture. You do need good free cutting bits so the mask is cut cleanly.

Ok I deleted Custom90/my_variables ©#,90). and tried to run your program and got this. Is this what you are seeing? I ran the set up program and all is fine again.

Your control software may have it. That would be the program that controls your cnc.
